Online Returns

Domestic (within the USA)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within seven days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition. All sandals/shoes must be unworn.

Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Returns should be addressed to:

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us at 917 842-2507 to request a Call Tag to pick up the package. Please include your Packing Slip or order number with your return, and note the error or specific defects.

For exchanges, you must place a new order after returning the original item in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product. International Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer international returns or exchanges due to the high cost of shipping unless the product you have received is defective.

Sale Items

All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged. Items that qualify as final sale are any product that has been discounted and listed under the ‘Sale’ category. No price adjustments on past purchases.

All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn with tags intact.

Annabel Ingall monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
