Online Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within seven days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition. All sandals/shoes must be unworn.

Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Returns should be addressed to:

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us at 917-621-7741 to request a Call Tag to pick up the package. Please include your Packing Slip or order number with your return, and note the error or specific defects.

For exchanges, you must place a new order after returning the original item in re-sellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product. All sale items are final sale — no returns.

International Shipping

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Unfortunately Annabel Ingall does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your purchase. Annabel Ingall is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Annabel Ingall issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
